Our House Rules

No Smoking of any type in Condo or from bedroom balcony. The Copacabana Beach resort has designated smoking areas. Located on Ground floor with Green signs.
Heavy fines apply for failing to comply. 5,000 Baht per offence.

Fresh Durian is NOT PERMITTED in the condo at any time.

An extra cleaning service of 5,000 Baht will be charged where Fresh Durian has been in the condo.

Loud Music is not permitted and should neighbouring condos report the sound, building management will investigate and record. Then you will be fined.

Any applied fines will result in the building “Keycard” getting suspended.

You will then need to report to the Jurassic Office and pay fine to have your “keycard” reinstated.

On the conclusion of your stay please remove all rubbish/trash , clean the coffee pod machine with water only rinse if used & empty the fridge.

Leave the Building Keycard on the kitchen table. Lost or damaged Keycards are 1,000 baht each.

Missing items; Towels, bedding,linen, appliances, cutlery will be charged back to you after the condo has been cleaned and inspected.

Gold glassware is provided is expensive as it can only be purchased in pairs. 2,500 Baht per set.

Please do not remove any from the Condo. That you did not bring with you.

Report any breakages prior to your check out or extra charges will apply.

BUILDING MANAGEMENT RULES-
You are not allowed to leave anything outside the condo, in common walkway, including Shoes, waste/Garbage/trollies etc- 1,000 Baht fine per incident.

No Shoes or footwear allowed in any of the saunas.

One vehicle only via the Boom Gate, if you damage the boom gate building management will fine you 10,000 Baht

Please take care and be observant of the rules. Remember these are not our rules but the building.
