No Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room at all times. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of 5000 baht.

Smoking is also prohibited throughout the building, including the rooftop swimming pool area, and will result in a fine from the building’s management.

High Tech Smoking sensors have been installed inside the bathroom, kitchen and main area of the condo. They detect cigarette, vape and cannabis smoke. Once the sensors have detected smoke they will notify the security and the condo owners. The sensors also detect if someone is trying to cover them and will notify the security.

If smoking is detected in the condo a fine of 5000 baht will be issued and you will be asked to leave immediately.

Food and Drinks Regulations:

Food and drinks are prohibited around the swimming pool and sky lounge area unless contained in a plastic bottle with a lid. Glass bottles or drinking glasses are not allowed in these areas.

Only finger foods like sandwiches and easily cleanable snacks are permitted.

Noise Level:

Please keep noise levels at a reasonable level at all times to avoid disturbing other guests and residents in the building.

Rubbish Disposal:

Do not leave rubbish outside on the floor in the hallway. Dispose of your rubbish in the rubbish room located behind the elevators.

Building Management Rules:

You are not allowed to leave anything outside the condo, in common walkway, including Shoes and Garbage. The management will fine you 2000 baht for every time you break the rules and will block you for entering the condo until you have paid the fine.

Visitor Policy:

Non-guests are strictly prohibited from entering the building unless accompanied by a registered guest.

This room strictly adheres to a 2-guest-only policy. Additional guests are not permitted to stay overnight.
