How To Check – Out

Place all towels inside the provided Laundry Bag from the bathroom. Leave the Laundry Bag on the floor, but clear of the door way.

Remove all food items from the refrigerator. Throw away in the waste bins located located outside in the big doors near the Condo

Wash all dishes and return them back inside the cupboards where they belong.

1: Lights off? (bathroom automatic)

2: Turn off Air Conditioner

3: Turn the TV’s off and return the remotes back to where you found them.

Clean the Coffee Machine.

Make sure the room safe door is open and all your valuables are out of the safe.

When leaving, make sure the door to the Condo is closed and locked.

Return the keycard to the mailbox in the mailbox room. Use Pin Code – 88458 and press ( ok) then turn the lock to open.

If you used the coffee machine, please do 2 x clean water rinses.

If you used the washing machine, make sure all of your clothes have been removed from the washing machine and then zip up the cover.
